# § 31 PsychThApprO — Fernbleiben und Abbruch der psychotherapeutischen Prüfung

(1) Bleibt eine Prüfungskandidatin oder ein Prüfungskandidat einem Teil der psychotherapeutischen Prüfung fern, ist § 30 entsprechend anzuwenden.

(2) Bricht eine Prüfungskandidatin oder ein Prüfungskandidat einen Teil der psychotherapeutischen Prüfung nach dessen Beginn ab, so gilt der Abbruch als Fernbleiben.
